    Make Money Save Money - Terms and Conditions.

    These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the "Make Money Save Money" Introducers Programme ("Programme"), which is a part of The Advice Centre Ltd ("we," "our," "us"). The "Make Money Save Money" Programme is also referred to as "The Advice Centre Introducers" Programme throughout this Agreement. By signing up for the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


    1. About The Advice Centre Ltd

    The Advice Centre Ltd is a UK-based business consultancy that provides expert training and advice to business owners, entrepreneurs, and individuals seeking to grow their businesses. The Programme allows members to earn commissions for introducing new customers to our services, specifically the AMZ Advice Centre and the Marketing Advice Centre. Both names — "Make Money Save Money" and "The Advice Centre Introducers" — refer to the same service.


    2. Eligibility

    To participate in the Programme, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years old.
    • Have a valid email address and phone number.
    • Complete the registration process and pay the annual membership fee of £50+VAT a month, or £500+VAT a year with an included 15% discount.


    3. Joining the Programme

    By joining the Programme, you will receive:

    • Access to sales training and materials that will help you promote The Advice Centre's services.


    4. Commission Structure

    You will earn a commission of 10% to 15% on the sale of any of the services offered by The Advice Centre Ltd (AMZ Advice Centre and Marketing Advice Centre), based on the following tiered structure:

    • Level 1 (10%) – When you sign up, you start at Level 1, earning 10% commission on each referred customer.
    • Level 2 (12%) – After 25 successful introductions, you will be upgraded to Level 2, earning 12% commission.
    • Level 3 (15%) – After an additional 25  introductions (50 total), you will be upgraded to Level 3, earning 15% commission.

    Commission applies as follows:

    • Yearly Plans: You will receive the applicable percentage of the annual fee for each customer you refer.
    • Monthly Plans: You will receive the applicable percentage of the monthly fee for as long as the customer remains a paying client.


    Additionally, if you introduce the Make Money Save Money to another person and they refer a customer, you will receive 3% of the total commission earned by that person.

    Commissions will be paid to you on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the payment plan of the referred customer.



    5. Referral and Sales Process

    To be eligible for commission, all referrals must be:

    • Directly introduced by you via your unique referral link or method approved by The Advice Centre Ltd.
    • Successfully sign up and pay for the services provided by The Advice Centre Ltd.

    The Advice Centre Ltd reserves the right to reject any referrals that do not meet the criteria outlined in these Terms and Conditions.


    6. Save Money with The Advice Centre’s VIP Membership Offer

    Once you successfully introduce 15 members to either the AMZ Advice Centre or the Marketing Advice Centre, we will grant you 12 months of free access to our AMZ Advice Centre VIP Membership Package and Marketing Advice Centre VIP Membership Package.

    • The 12-month access will commence from the day you successfully sign up your 15th member.
    • No refunds will be given for any period of the 12 months.
    • No refunds will be provided for any current or previous memberships you've had with The Advice Centre.
    • To activate your VIP membership access, you must contact The Advice Centre Ltd to be granted access to the VIP membership plans.

    This benefit is only available upon meeting the referral target within the specified period.


    7. Payment Terms

    Payments to Introducers (referrers) will be made in accordance with the payment terms set by The Advice Centre Ltd. Payments will be made for the referrals that have signed up and paid the appropriate membership fee.


    8. No Refund Policy

    There are no refunds for any sales training time, services, or online tools that are not used within the annual membership period. By joining the Programme, you accept this no-refund policy.


    9. Your Responsibilities

    As an Introducer, you are responsible for:

    • Ensuring that your referrals are valid and comply with the Programme’s requirements.
    • Following all guidelines provided by The Advice Centre Ltd in promoting its services.
    • Maintaining proper records of your activities and communications with referrals.
    • Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations in the promotion and selling of The Advice Centre Ltd services.

    You will not:

    • Misrepresent the Programme or The Advice Centre Ltd’s services.
    • Engage in fraudulent or unethical practices in relation to your referrals.


    10. Termination of Participation

    The Advice Centre Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the Programme at any time if you:

    • Violate any of the terms outlined in this Agreement.
    • Engage in fraudulent activities or unethical behavior.
    • Fail to meet performance or compliance standards set by The Advice Centre Ltd.

    Upon termination, any commissions due to you will be paid, provided they are earned prior to termination.


    11. Limitation of Liability

    The Advice Centre Ltd will not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Programme or the use of any services provided under the Programme.


    12. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Advice Centre Ltd, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your participation in the Programme or your actions as an Introducer.


    13. Data Protection

    By joining the Programme, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data by The Advice Centre Ltd in accordance with its Privacy Policy.


    14. Amendments to the Terms

    The Advice Centre Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and your continued participation in the Programme will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.


    15. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the Programme will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
